fantastic stay!
helpful staff private boat tour delicious breakfast
the staff was amazing! they helped translate for me regarding some lost luggage. also, the hotel located a last minute private boat tour to coral island. breakfast was delicious with good coffee, and i enjoyed the pool every day. the room accommodated all three of my children in a connecting room.
water leaked from the shower cubicle each time it was used, making the bathroom floor wet.

Breakfast had many options. I did wish for fresh squeezed orange juice, but the existing juices were good. the beach is beautiful. the water can be rough in august, so swim carefully.

the room was spacious and clean, including a comfortable bed, rooms cleaned daily, and plenty of storage. i found the bed linen amazing, the most comfy bed after travelling to a few different places now.

The pool was perfect, and the hotel is close to the beach. The beach is just across the road. the hotel provides flipflops and towels for the beach. Most of the concierge is nice, too. i found the pool area to be quite nice.

The staff were amazing. They were courteous, helpful, and friendly, and helped organize day trips etc. the front desk staff are always happy to help and always smiling! it was great receiving 10% off at the starz rooftop bar.

old equipment restaurant food
The breakfast was acceptable with an egg station where they cooked to order.
The hotel's equipment seemed old. The air conditioning running made a loud sound. I also found the food in the restaurant to be very unpleasant..
